John Brassard, member of Parliament for Barrie South-Innisfil, is once again inviting families to the annual community skate, taking place on Family Day – Monday, Feb. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sadlon Arena, 190 Bayview Drive in Barrie.
This free event is a great opportunity for Barrie South-Innisfil families to lace up their skates, enjoy quality time together and connect with friends and neighbours in the community.
All ages and skill levels are welcome to take part in the free, fun-filled afternoon on the ice.
“Family Day is all about spending time with loved ones, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than bringing the community together on the ice,” said MP Brassard. “It’s always wonderful to see so many families, friends and neighbours skating, laughing and making lasting memories. “I hope everyone can come out and enjoy the fun.”
Complimentary refreshments will be available. Attendees are asked to bring their own skates and helmets.
